Session Postponement Policy

Sessions can be postponed to a later date and time, notice of postponement has to be 6 working hours or more in advance before the start time of the session. If notice is given within 6 working hours of a session, the session will automatically be forfeited (See session expiry section for limitations).

Session Duration Policy

On average, sessions last between 30min - 55min. If a session is shorter than 55min, the remainder time is not refundable or transferrable.

Session Cancellation Policy

Not attending a session or cancelling a session within 6 working hours of the start time of the session will result in forfeiture of that session and it will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Personal Emergency Policy

In the event that the trainer has a personal emergency (death, family emergency, etc), they reserve the right to postpone all sessions to a future date and time.
In the event that the trainee/client has a personal emergency, it will be up to the trainer discretion to determine if a session will be postponed or forfeited.

Session Expiry Policy

Any and all sessions booked will have an expiry of 60 days from the agreed date and times of the sessions. After 60 days, it is up to the trainers discretion to honour any remainder sessions.
Therefore sessions can only be postponed for up to 60 days from their originally booked date and time.

Refund Policy

Sessions are not refundable.

Free Consult Policy

Consults are limited to only one free consult per customer.

Right to Refuse Policy

FEEL THE DIFFERENCE and their trainers reserve the right to refuse to train any person/client for any reason, at any time. By taking part in any training session, service, or consultation you agree with the above statement.

Pricing Policy

FEEL THE DIFFERENCE reserves the rights to update pricing at any time. Pricing of all services will be based on a final quote* provided by FeelTheDifference after the first free consult. The client has the right to accept or reject the quote.
Only upon acceptance and payment of the final quote by the client does FeelTheDifference have the obligation to render any services at the agreed pricing.

Special Pricing

FEEL THE DIFFERENCE can quote any price either at a discounted rate or increased rate depending on case by case basis. Clients will always be informed before charges.

Virgin Active Membership Fees

All prices exclude monthly Virgin Active Membership fees (see Virgin Active Policy below).
Clients must be active Virgin Active Watermeyer members to use FEEL THE DIFFERENCE services. If membership lapses, sessions may be cancelled without refund.

Website Correction Policy

We strive to maintain accuracy of info on our website but errors may occur. Visitors are encouraged to report issues via our contact page.

Pricing Mistakes

Should any pricing be misrepresented online, FeelTheDifference has no obligation to provide services at those prices. For most up-to-date pricing please contact us.

Booking Differently Priced Sessions

Booking differently priced sessions can result in additional charges. Sessions are paid in advance and will be cross referenced monthly.

Sexual Misconduct Policy

FEEL THE DIFFERENCE has zero tolerance for sexual misconduct between trainers and clients. Sessions may be cancelled immediately with sufficient proof.

All Virgin Active policies can be viewed here.
Clients must be active Virgin Active Watermeyer members to use FEEL THE DIFFERENCE services. Membership fees excluded.
